DESCRIPTION
The product consists of four parts: Housing, transmission mechanism, control unit, and boom. It’s no need to distinguishes between left and right directions. It’s is used in application scenarios for vehicle access management in residential areas, commercial properties, enterprises and institutions. This barrier gate is a heavy-duty type with fence boom.

CASE REFERENCE
Pole Assembly Instructions
1. Before leaving the factory, the movement has been adjust to the closed position. Note that the curved arm at "M" is tightly attached to the triangular plate.
2. Remove the Chassis lid. Open both sides of the Chassis doors.
3. Install 6 round head flat keys 8 * 8 * 28 at the 6 key slots on both ends of the main shaft of the movement.
4. Install G501 handles from both ends of the spindle. Attention: When aligning the keyway, ensure that the handle is level.
5. Install elastic washers D10 and hexagon socket head screws M10 * 45 into the holes of both ends of the pole. Attention: Do not lock it temporarily.
6. Insert the G501 airborne brake pole into the middle of the two poles and align the four screw holes.
7. Install 4 external hexagonal bolts M10* 75 at the aligned 4 holes, and insert elastic washer D10 on the other end and tighten with cap nut M10.
8. Rotate the handwheel of the movement at "E" to make the brake lever turn to a horizontal position.
9.Install the G501 pivot shaft, G501 pivot sleeve, and G501 pivot head, and connect the brake rod adjustment connector to the connection seat on the chassis. And tighten the tightening screw sleeve of the adjusting connector.
10. Connect the power and debug the controller.
