Introduction of Hydraulic road blocker:
Road blockers are designed especially for entrance points which have a threat of vehicle attack or for the ones that have high security requirements. If there is a threat of vehicle attack in addition to the control of vehicle access in high security applications, hydraulic road blockers are the unique solution and the most secure systems. Even though the attack is from high tonnage vehicles with high speeds, it's not possible for the vehicle to keep on moving because of the damage given to front, wheels and the bottom of the vehicle.

Installation:
1) Installation position
The road blocker should be installed on the user-specified vehicle entrance and exit. Hydraulic station,
according to the actual situation of the scene, installed in the appropriate location for easy operation
and maintenance, close to the road blocker (inside or outside of security room ). Control box should be
set in a place where is easy to control and operate according to the customer request (Next to the work
station of the personnel on duty).
2) Pipeline connection
2.1. There are 5 meters of the hydraulic pressure pipeline equipped, the exceeding part should be
charged. After confirmed the installation position of road blocker and hydraulic station (can know how
long the oil pipeline), we need to excavate foundation. When the foundation excavation, we should take
the terrain into consideration to arrange the trend of the hydraulic oil pipe and control wire. We should
ensure that pipeline is under the condition of no damage to other underground facilities, then buried it
safely. Make mark in the appropriate location, to avoid damage of pipelines when other construction
operations is implementing.
2.2,groove size of the pipeline should be based on the specific terrain. Under normal circumstances,
the embedded depth of the hydraulic pipeline is 10 ~ 30 cm and width 15 cm , the embedded depth of
wire is 5 ~ 15 cm, width is about 5 cm.
2.3.Threading pipe (PVC pipe) should be added to protect the controlling wire, so is the oil pipe.
